About the Role:

We are looking for a dedicated Barista to become part of our vibrant team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers while preparing and serving a variety of food and beverages.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome customers warmly, inform them about our offerings, and assist with their orders.
  • Prepare a range of food items, including baked goods and sandwiches, while expertly brewing coffee and tea.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring all areas are well-stocked and presentable.
  • Educate customers on our beverage selections and brewing techniques.
  • Adhere to all health and safety regulations, ensuring a safe environment for both staff and customers.
  • Collaborate with a dynamic team to create a positive atmosphere.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record.
  • Previous experience in food service or customer interaction is preferred.
  • Willingness to learn and grow in food and beverage preparation.
