Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems
  • Troubleshoot and diagnose problems with equipment and systems
  • Perform preventative maintenance tasks to ensure optimal equipment performance
  • Inspect and test equipment and systems to ensure they are functioning properly
  • Keep accurate records of maintenance and repair work performed
  • Assist with carpentry, plumbing, and electrical work as needed
  • Perform minor concrete repairs and other miscellaneous repairs
  • Assist with grounds maintenance and equipment maintenance
  • Provide direction and oversight to maintenance staff
  • Participate in the selection, on-boarding, training, and scheduling of maintenance staff

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 2+ years of experience in maintenance and repair
  • Knowledge of HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems
  • Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces
  • Ability to lift and move heavy equipment and materials
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
