About the Job:

The Maintenance Technician will assist management in achieving and maintaining outstanding interior and exterior restaurant cleanliness and maintaining restaurant equipment. This role is responsible for performing routine maintenance tasks, including filtering oil fryers, maintaining outside grounds, cleaning equipment, and unloading delivery trucks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure the cleanliness and safety of the restaurant
  • Maintain restaurant equipment, including fryers, ovens, and dishwashers
  • Unload delivery trucks and stock rooms
  • Take out and empty trash compactor
  • Change light bulbs and clean HVAC/Exhaust units and roof of debris

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous maintenance or facilities experience preferred
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and lift up to 50 pounds
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
