About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Dental Assistant to join our team at Affordable Care.

As a Dental Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing quality patient care and supporting our experienced dentists and lab professionals in delivering life-changing tooth replacement care.

Responsibilities
  1. Support the Dentist: Assist the dentist in providing quality patient care within the scope of state regulations.
  2. Room Setup and Sterilization: Set up and break down rooms, sterilize and maintain instruments, equipment, and general spaces providing a clean and professional environment.
  3. X-Ray Support: Take and develop x-rays as needed.
  4. Chair-Side Support: Provide chair-side support to the dentist and patients.
  5. Treatment Planning: Assist with presenting and discussing treatment plans with patients.
  6. Impressions and Post-Op Instructions: Take impressions and provide post-op instructions and care to patients.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must possess an active Dental Assistant and X-ray certification, and experience in oral surgery and taking impressions for prosthetics.

You should be able to work in a high volume, fast-paced office while maintaining a positive and friendly attitude.
