Server Associate

Overview:

We are seeking a Server Associate to join our team at Brookdale El Camino. As a Server Associate, you will be responsible for interacting with senior residents and guests, taking and delivering food orders in a timely manner, and ensuring everyone is happy with their meal.

Responsibilities:

• Interact with senior residents and guests in a friendly and courteous manner.
• Take and deliver food orders in a timely manner, following company standards.
• Work with kitchen staff to assist with bussing and resetting tables, removing dirty dishes, and restocking inventory as needed.
• Perform side work duties as assigned.

Base pay will be determined by applicants' skills and experience. The role is also eligible for team-based bonus opportunities.
