About the RoleThis is a full-time position offering a competitive salary of $52,813 - $78,021 per year, based on experience. As a Nurse Manager, you will be responsible for providing leadership and oversight of unit operations, staff development, and patient care.
Key Responsibilities- Assist the Nurse Manager in evaluating staff performance and developing standards of care.
- Coaches and develops staff, serving as a role model for effective communication and problem-solving skills.
- Collaborate with the CNS/Educator to meet educational needs and maintain continuity of care.
- Manage resources, including the equitable distribution of work and matching provider competency to patient needs.
- Facilitate processes to improve patient throughput and resolve operational issues.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in related clinical areas.
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or Master's in Nursing preferred.
- State licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
