We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical RBT Trainer to join our team at Soar Autism Center in Gilbert, Arizona. As a Clinical RBT Trainer, you will play a critical role in the growth and development of our new trainees, providing supervision and support to ensure their success in delivering high-quality ABA therapy.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide 20 weekly hours of billable supervision to trainees during their first 4 weeks at Soar
  • Support initial and ongoing RBT competency evaluations for new and existing RBTs
  • Collaborate with the Partner Clinician and Center Operations Director to improve RBT performance
  • Host bi-weekly group training and discussion sessions for new trainees
  • Build trainees' skill sets in ESDM practices and ABA strategies

Requirements:
  • Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, or a related field
  • 3 or more years of experience as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst
  • ABA early intervention experience
  • Strong desire to work with clients ages 2-6
