Job Responsibilities
- Learn and master all procedures and processes required of an RV Service Technician.
- Diagnose and repair all aspects of RVs, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and woodworking.
- Document all problems found in RVs on necessary paperwork to receive warranty compensation from manufacturers.
- Assist with customer product orientations and provide exceptional customer service.
- Install customer-purchased accessories on RVs and assist with the assembly and installation of hitch systems.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to increase RV knowledge and skills.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in the RV industry or related field preferred.
- State inspection license preferred.
- Ability to work well in a team environment and maintain a positive attitude.
- Strong work ethic and commitment to excellence.
