About RV Value Mart

We are a family-owned RV dealership dedicated to providing exceptional customer service and top-notch products. Our team is passionate about delivering an outstanding experience for our customers, and we're seeking a skilled RV Service Technician to join our ranks.

Job Responsibilities
  • Learn and master all procedures and processes required of an RV Service Technician
  • Diagnose and repair a wide range of RV issues, from electrical to plumbing and HVAC
  • Document all problems found in RVs on necessary paperwork to receive warranty compensation from manufacturers
  • Assist with customer product orientations and provide exceptional customer service
  • Install customer-purchased accessories on RVs and assist with other responsibilities as needed
Training and Development

  • Electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and woodworking skills are essential for this role
  • Previous experience in the RV industry is highly valued, but we're willing to train the right candidate
  • State Inspection License is preferred, but not required
Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive hourly rate, with opportunities for overtime during busy seasons. You can also expect pay increases based on completion of training, performance, and length of employment with our company.

  • Hourly rate: $40,000 - $65,000 annually
  • Opportunities for overtime and pay increases based on performance and length of employment
