### Team Leadership & Development

* Build and lead a high-performing team of AI/ML professionals, empowering them with strategic direction, technical guidance, and continuous development.

### Driving Solution Design to Delivery

* Collaborate with Technical Solutions, product management, and cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy scalable, high-performance AI/ML solutions, ensuring they align with both client requirements and broader business goals.

**Qualifications:**

* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Software Engineering, Information Science, Statistics, or a related field.
* 12-15 years of industry experience with at least five (5) years in an AI/ML Consulting environment as an AI/ML Practice Director or Lead.
* Extensive experience with Data Solutions and Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) is essential.
* Demonstrated ability to lead AI/ML engagements across mid-market and enterprise-level clients, driving measurable business transformations from strategy to execution.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
