About the Role:
The Judge Group is seeking an experienced Environmental, Health and Safety (EHS) Manager to join our team. As an EHS Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and well-being of our employees and the environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement EHS policies and procedures to ensure compliance with federal and state regulations.
- Conduct regular safety audits and inspections to identify and mitigate potential hazards.
- Investigate and report on all incidents and accidents, and implement corrective actions to prevent future occurrences.
- Develop and deliver training programs to employees on EHS procedures and best practices.
- Collaborate with management and employees to promote a culture of safety and environmental responsibility.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in EHS management, preferably in a manufacturing setting.
- Related degree and strong OSHA experience.
- Knowledge of safety training programs and federal and state regulations.
