Fiscal Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled Fiscal Analyst to join our team at Shasta College. As a key member of our financial operations team, you will be responsible for performing a variety of technical and analytical fiscal functions in support of our financial administration of contracted services and state/local funding requirements.

• Assist and facilitate the District's financial planning and management process
• Provide specialized functions in the analysis, tracking, processing, and reporting of financial and budgetary transactions
• Monitor and maintain the financial aspects of assigned federal, state, and/or local funding sources
• Compile statistics and track expenditures to complete and file reports and billings to appropriate agencies
• Perform special assignments and analysis as requested by the Vice President or designee

• Progressively responsible experience in budgeting, financial management, and/or general statistical/analytical work
• Associate's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or related field, plus two years of related experience, OR an equivalent combination of education, training and experience
• Supervisory experience preferred
