We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Produce and Floral Manager to join our team at The Fresh Market Inc. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day activities of the produce and floral department, ensuring that our guests receive exceptional service and high-quality products.
Key Responsibilities- Greet and Assist Guests: Provide friendly and attentive service to our guests, making recommendations and accommodating their special requests.
- Manage Department Inventory: Oversee the receipt, stocking, and rotation of produce and floral products, ensuring that inventory levels are maintained and that products are fresh and of high quality.
- Lead and Develop Team Members: Coach, train, and motivate team members to provide excellent guest service and to maintain a safe and secure work environment.
- Operational Excellence: Implement and maintain operational processes and procedures that ensure efficiency, effectiveness, and quality in the produce and floral department.
- 3+ Years of Management Experience: Proven experience in a retail, restaurant, or hospitality management role.
- Merchandising and Visual Display: Ability to read, understand, and implement planograms, layouts, and schematics for merchandising and visual display.
- Technical Skills: Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.
