Job Title: Senior Automotive Technician

As a Senior Automotive Technician, you'll play a critical role in diagnosing and repairing complex vehicle systems, while mentoring and leading a team of technicians to achieve exceptional customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:
  • Diagnose and repair advanced vehicle systems, including brake and hydraulic, exhaust, primary and/or advanced fuel ignition and electrical, suspension and alignment, air conditioning and computer systems.
  • Develop and implement effective training programs to enhance the skills of fellow technicians.
  • Stay current with rapidly changing automotive technology through continuous formal training and professional development.
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve exceptional customer satisfaction and quality standards.

Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years of automotive repair experience, completion of Vocational-Technical School program in a related field, or demonstrated skills via third-party certificates/assessment.
  • A.S.E. certification in at least 3 (three) of A1-A8 is required.
  • Current Federal, State, and Local certification/license where applicable.
  • Ability to communicate technical information to non-technical people.
  • Reading, writing, and math skills.
