Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Automotive Technician to join our team at Nobles Automotive. As a key member of our repair shop, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction and repeat business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Diagnose and repair complex vehicle issues, utilizing in-depth knowledge of all vehicle systems and components.
  • Perform routine vehicle maintenance tasks, including tire rotations, oil changes, and brake pad replacements.
  • Conduct thorough vehicle inspections, identifying potential issues and recommending necessary repairs.
  • Communicate effectively with customers, providing clear and concise explanations of vehicle issues and repair estimates.
  • Maintain accurate repair shop records and paperwork, ensuring seamless operations and efficient workflow.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree or completion of an automotive service technician training program preferred.
  • Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) certification or Society of Automotive Engineers (SAE) certification highly desirable.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills essential for success in this role.
