About the Position

The Automotive Assistants and Service Managers at Mavis Tires & Brakes at Discount Prices are responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the efficient operation of the repair shop. They will be responsible for scheduling mechanics/technicians' work, ordering parts, and ensuring the quality and timely completion of jobs exceeding customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Scheduling mechanics/technicians' work
  • Ordering parts
  • Ensuring quality and timely completion of jobs
  • Providing exceptional customer service

Requirements:

  • 1 year of experience and/or training in automotive parts and/or tire sales
  • 1 year of experience and/or training in automotive repairs/maintenance
  • Any combination of education, training, and experience which demonstrates the ability to perform the duties and responsibilities of the position
