The Lead Cyber Intelligence Strategist will play a crucial role in shaping the future of the Customer organization by articulating high-level requirements that align with mission objectives.   • Engage and collaborate frequently with key Operations and Cyber Intelligence partners to secure support for technical development initiatives and integrate valuable lessons learned.
  • Conduct advanced cyber threat analysis for Customer systems, addressing a diverse array of threat vectors.
  • Analyze intelligence reports and provide concise summaries and insights to the Customer Project Manager and leadership.
  • Utilize a comprehensive set of analytical tools and methodologies to address complex issues from a mission perspective, ensuring insights are effectively incorporated into detailed summary reports as required. The ideal candidate will proactively collaborate with the Customer and stakeholders to identify and address intelligence gaps.
  • Regularly interact with stakeholders to gather essential requirements for technical development, ensuring alignment with all analytical outputs.
  • Assist Customer management in formulating and adjusting strategic plans based on insights and recommendations derived from intelligence reviews.

Qualifications:

Required:

  • Active TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph.
  • A minimum of 12 years of experience with a Bachelor’s degree; 10 years with a Master’s degree; or 7 years with a Ph.D.
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, or four years of relevant professional experience.
  • Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple concurrent tasks.
  • Experience in outreach and engagement with internal and external organizations.
  • Familiarity with cloud computing principles.
  • Experience in supporting IP networks and LAN/WAN management.
  • Experience in evaluating technical risks and developing mitigation strategies.

Desired:

  • A Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, or ten years of relevant professional experience.
  • Experience and familiarity with Customer operations and interactions.
  • Experience in network red teaming.
  • Experience in data transport methodologies.
  • Certifications and/or experience in IP networking.

Target Salary Range:
$146,000 - $234,000. This range reflects the typical salary for this position based on experience and other relevant factors.
