Your Role:

As a senior figure within the Digital Battlespace Platform (DBP) team, you will:
- Lead the design, implementation, and ongoing management of programs that enhance operational capabilities.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, helping them navigate the complexities of program objectives, budget considerations, and staffing needs.
- Identify growth opportunities within the defense sector, leveraging your knowledge to support client missions.
- Enhance your skills in strategic planning, problem management, and contract review.
Key Responsibilities:
Your responsibilities will include:
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and integrate cutting-edge solutions for the next generation of warfighters.
- Maintaining effective communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders to ensure program success.
- Managing project schedules, budgets, and task assignments in alignment with client expectations.
- Providing regular updates to clients regarding project status and any issues that may arise.
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will possess:
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in program management within the defense sector or Special Operations.
- Proven experience in developing and executing growth strategies.
- In-depth knowledge of mobility platforms and their application in military operations.
- Expertise in managing resources, including personnel and finances, throughout the program lifecycle.
- A TS/SCI clearance and a Master’s degree, along with PMP certification.
Preferred Qualifications:
Additional qualifications that would be advantageous include:
- Experience with U.S. Army Program Management offices and the operational fielding of specialized equipment.
- Background in managing training programs and developing course schedules.
- Familiarity with various Research, Development, Testing, and Evaluation projects related to military systems.
