Job SummaryWe are seeking a talented and passionate Market President to lead our Community Health Choices (CHC) programs in Pennsylvania. The successful candidate will provide strategic vision and operational expertise to drive business growth, improve quality, and enhance the overall experience for our members.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement sound business plans and strategies to meet short-term objectives and support long-term growth and success.
- Lead the development of strategic plans, budgets, and management action plans to drive business performance.
- Cultivate relationships with regulators, key stakeholders, and community leaders to establish AmeriHealth Caritas as a trusted partner in the CHC market.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant federal, state, and local regulations.
- Monitor and analyze the changing landscape to recommend programs and policies that address the evolving needs of our members.
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality medical services that meet or exceed industry standards.
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field.
- 5+ years of operational experience in Medicaid, Medicare, or LTSS.
- 10+ years of experience in business or government, with a focus on healthcare management and leadership.
