As a Sales Engineering Specialist at our organization, you will be instrumental in generating project leads for our mechanical service division by fostering existing client relationships and developing new connections.
Key Responsibilities
- Concentrate on direct owner repairs, system replacements, retrofitting, and tenant enhancements.
- Discover and nurture business prospects with both new and current clients.
- Align customer requirements with tailored solutions effectively.
- Develop compelling presentations to showcase our distinctive value proposition.
- Work collaboratively with the team to ensure smooth project transitions.
Qualifications and Skills
- Proven experience as a Sales Engineer.
- Demonstrated success in selling complex solutions.
- Ability to clearly articulate and present intricate solutions.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities.
- Strong technical and mechanical expertise.
- Proactive mindset with a keen interest in building relationships.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related technical field, or equivalent trade school certification.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial HVAC systems.
- At least 1 year of experience in commercial sales.
- Familiarity with control systems and DDC technology.
