Job Title: Clinical Therapist

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Clinical Therapist to join our team at Community Resource Specialists Staffing Agency, LLC.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will provide mental health and substance abuse services to individuals, couples, families, and groups in an outpatient setting. This is a contracted position through Community Resource Specialists Staffing Agency, LLC.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide outpatient psychotherapy and substance abuse services to clients
  • Maintain accurate and detailed client case records
  • Make referrals to other resources as needed
  • Provide advocacy for clients
  • Perform crisis services as assigned
  • Collaborate with schools, law enforcement, hospitals, clinics, and other community resources
  • Participate in program development, implementation, and evaluation
  • Develop resources and programming to meet individual and family needs
  • Attend and participate in staffings, agency meetings, and other required meetings
Requirements:
  • Master's Degree in Social Work, Counseling, or Psychology or related field from an accredited college or university
  • Experience in mental health and substance abuse clinical outpatient counseling
  • Knowledge of office and department terminology, policies, practices, and procedures
  • Ability to work with limited daily supervision and make accurate, rapid, independent decisions
  • Excellent organizational skills, high level of maturity, and strong degree of self-direction and motivation
  • Knowledge of and ability to follow all agency, county, state, and federal policies, rules, regulations, and procedures
