Responsibilities:

File management and calendaring
Drafting and editing legal documents
State and federal filing
Scheduling, calendaring (including depositions, court dates, case deadlines, conferences and client meetings)
Address and handle communication with clients, co-workers, and third parties when needed
Maintain calendars, assist with time entries, coordinate travel arrangements and prepare expense reimbursements

Qualifications:

3.5+ years experience in civil litigation
State and federal filing experience
Salary: $68,000-$80,000+
Benefits: Medical, Dental, 401k, etc
Hybrid: 3 days in office, 2 days remote after training
Pay Details: $68,000.00 to $85,000.00 per year
