### Job Details

We are seeking a seasoned Hybrid Complex Litigation Legal Assistant to join our dynamic legal team at Jobot. This role offers a unique opportunity to immerse yourself in the fast-paced world of complex litigation, working on high-stakes cases that require meticulous attention to detail, exceptional organizational skills, and a deep understanding of legal procedures and protocols.

### Responsibilities

* Provide comprehensive legal support to attorneys, including preparing legal documents, conducting legal research, and managing case files.
* Coordinate with outside counsel on various matters, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
* Handle docketing responsibilities, including tracking deadlines and ensuring all filings are completed in a timely and accurate manner.
* Assist in the preparation and management of class action lawsuits, including gathering and organizing relevant information and documentation.
* Manage the e-filing of legal documents, ensuring all files are correctly submitted and stored.
* Work closely with clients, providing updates, answering queries, and ensuring their needs are met throughout the litigation process.
* Proofread documents meticulously to ensure accuracy and compliance with legal standards.
* Create and maintain notebooks for each case, ensuring all information is organized, up to date, and easily accessible for attorneys and other team members.

### Qualifications

* A minimum of 5 years of experience as a legal assistant, preferably in the field of complex litigation.
* Proven experience working with outside counsel, demonstrating excellent communication and collaboration skills.
* Strong legal research skills, with the ability to quickly and accurately gather and analyze information.
* Experience with docketing and e-filing procedures.
* Previous involvement in class action lawsuits, demonstrating a deep understanding of the processes and requirements involved.
* Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
* Excellent proofreading skills, with a keen eye for detail.
* Experience creating and managing case notebooks, demonstrating strong organizational skills and an ability to keep information easily accessible.
* Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to work closely with clients, attorneys, and counsel, ensuring their needs are met throughout the litigation process.
