Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Corporate Counsel to join our team at Insight Global. As a key member of our legal department, you will play a critical role in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating customer-facing financing documents, including equipment finance agreements, loan documents, and security agreements.

You will work closely with senior leadership, functional area heads, and Legal colleagues to foster collaborative relationships and implement business initiatives, strategic plans, and special projects. Your expertise in equipment finance will be essential in providing guidance to the company on its roles as lessor, servicer, lender, loan participant, buyer, or seller within syndicates.

As a Corporate Counsel, you will negotiate corporate contracts, manage lease contract enforcement, and research, review, and advise on legal matters such as the UCC, titling issues, and related concerns.

Requirements
  • Juris Doctorate
  • Ohio Bar License
  • At least 5 years practicing law in a major law firm or corporate law environment
  • Excellent business acumen and judgment
  • Ability to understand business needs and place legal risk in proper business context
