Job Title: Insulation Installer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Insulation Installer to join our team at North Bay Pacific Insulators LLC. As an Insulation Installer, you will be responsible for ensuring the proper installation of insulation materials in commercial and residential buildings. This is a full-time, hourly position with a competitive wage scale of $20.00-$34.00.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure adequate material and equipment on truck to complete insulation jobs.
  • Drive to and from job sites, unloading insulation materials as needed.
  • Clean job sites daily.
  • Install insulation according to company standards and manufacturer's specifications.
  • Verify work for errors and correct as necessary.
  • Account for material and time used on each job, reporting daily.
  • Adhere to safety rules and regulations, reporting hazardous conditions.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Previous spray foam insulation experience preferred but not required.
  • Valid CA driver's license with good driving record.
  • Pass pre-employment drug test and background check.
  • Ability to use staple gun, hammer, utility knife, and work on scaffolding.
  • Ability to lift over 80 lbs. and crawl in small spaces.
  • Regular attendance required.
