Key Responsibilities

  • Lead skilled technical staff in executing maintenance projects with expertise in Electrical, Mechanical, Chemical, and Waste Water Systems.
  • Formulate policies and procedures, supervise nightly operations, and plan the use of materials and human resources.
  • Work on complex issues requiring in-depth knowledge of organizational objectives.
  • Advise subordinates on meeting schedules, resolving technical problems, and act as incident commander during facility excursions.
  • Identify complex problems, review related information, and develop and evaluate options for implementation.
  • Communicate detailed plans for work assignments and serve as the first point of contact for issues arising on the shift.
  • Review activity reports and performance data to measure productivity and goal achievement.

Requirements

  • Degree in a technical field or equivalent work experience.
  • 6+ years of related trade experience supporting industrial manufacturing facilities.
  • Wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) per site protocol.
  • Ability to sit, stand, and/or walk for 10+ hours per day.
  • Capable of obtaining OSHA 30 within 3 months of hire and lifting at least 20 pounds.
  • Work in heavy equipment rooms, chemical storage, and distribution locations, and industrial waste plants.
  • Support and/or work shift duties in a 24x7 manufacturing environment.
