Facilities Maintenance Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage equipment data and preventive maintenance instructions in the FAMIS database.
  • Verify building systems and install labeling as required.
  • Interface with OFPC and PMCS projects to ensure accurate equipment information.
  • Provide customer service and maintain contract database.
  • Support maintenance contracts development and problem resolution.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Prioritize and schedule PM work orders.
  • Coordinate PM instruction development with regard to zones, crafts, resources, and scheduling.
  • Identify resources to support program development.

Requirements:

  • Strong technical knowledge of facilities maintenance.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
