This role is responsible for ensuring the upkeep and appearance of our campuses, including general troubleshooting and repairs, and completing service requests. Work hours are Monday to Friday, with occasional weekend or after-hours work. The position reports to the Facilities Manager and is considered non-exempt.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years' experience in commercial or institutional maintenance
- Ability to perform physical labor and lift 50 pounds or more
- Valid driver's license and insured vehicle
- Basic tools for maintenance tasks
- Travel using personal vehicle, with mileage reimbursed
- Criminal history background check, physical exam, and TB test
