Key Responsibilities:
- Provide guidance and support to Patient Access Representatives to ensure they are meeting their performance goals and objectives.
- Act as a point of contact for information distribution and common day-to-day operational issues.
- Serve as a resource person for Patient Access Representatives, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Authorized to take care of issues and make decisions in a timely and effective manner.
Requirements:
- Minimum five years' experience in hospital registration or a comparable position.
- Certified Healthcare Access Associate through National Association of Healthcare Access Management (NAHAM) preferred.
Work Environment:
- Full-time position with a TBD work schedule.
