Advanced Practice Nurse for Hematology

Penn Medicine is seeking a skilled Advanced Practice Nurse to join our team in the Hematology and Oncology Division. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work with patients with hematologic malignancies and complex co-morbid conditions, providing high-quality care and contributing to innovative research efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide quality care across the continuum, including inpatient medical oncology
- Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, and other members of the care team to deliver exceptional patient care
- Participate in research as appropriate and ensure regulatory compliance
Requirements: To be considered for this role, you must be an Acute Care Nurse Practitioner with a Masters Degree, current licensure or eligibility in the Commonwealth of PA, and eligibility for credentialing by the medical board. Oncology experience is preferred, but new graduates will be considered on an individual basis.
Work Environment: This is a full-time position, 36 hours per week, with a mix of day and night shifts, including weekends and holidays. You will work closely with a dedicated team of healthcare professionals who share your passion for delivering exceptional patient care.
Compensation and Benefits: We offer a salary range of $140,000 - $170,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits that support your overall well-being.
