Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this position is $18.99 - $19 per hour, with the opportunity to earn additional benefits through our incentive and recognition program. As an employee of Randstad, you will also be eligible for our comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance and a 401K contribution (all benefits are based on eligibility).

Job Responsibilities
  • We are seeking a highly skilled individual to receive and respond to incoming calls from investment professionals, plan sponsors, and members on a variety of topics. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of different product suites, including current line-up and products no longer sold that still require servicing.
  • This role requires the ability to interpret and apply all changes and enhancements to new and old products, based on daily change communications. The successful candidate will identify the question(s) behind the question to proactively offer consultative expertise and uncover the unstated need.
  • A key responsibility of this position is maintaining a record of conversations and following a process of documentation to support our strategy of knowing our member better than anyone and using the information in a way that drives the relationship deeper.
  • The Financial Solutions Center Representative will also be responsible for ensuring compliance with FINRA or other professional licensure requirements, firms, plan documents, and state and local laws.
Requirements
  • To be considered for this position, applicants must have a high school diploma or equivalent required. An undergraduate degree in finance, business administration, insurance, economics, or communications is preferred.
  • A minimum of one year of experience in customer service or sales-related occupations is required. Proficiency with computers and common office software is also essential.
  • The ideal candidate will have the ability to understand general aspects of plan/contract and utilize technology to enhance conversations with customers. Other criteria, including leadership skills, competencies, and experiences may take precedence.

  • Candidate should possess excellent customer service skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills are necessary for success in this role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required.
