Job Summary:This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to apply their skills in mechanical maintenance, PLC, crusher equipment, repairs, welding, cutting, restocking parts, maintaining production line equipment, fabrications, safety compliance, forklift operation, millwright and industrial equipment.
Responsibilities:- Perform routine and preventative maintenance on industrial equipment, including PLC and crusher equipment.
- Conduct repairs and troubleshooting to resolve equipment malfunctions.
- Operate a forklift to move, load, and unload heavy equipment and materials.
- Weld, cut, and fabricate parts as required.
- Maintain an adequate inventory of spare parts and restock as necessary.
- Ensure that production line equipment is in optimal working condition at all times.
- Adhere to and promote strict safety compliance standards.
- Utilize your millwright skills to assemble, disassemble, and relocate machinery.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in an industrial maintenance mechanic role, preferably within the Construction industry.
- Proven experience with mechanical maintenance, PLC, crusher equipment, repairs, welding, cutting, restocking parts, maintaining production line equipment, fabrications, safety compliance, forklift operation, millwright and industrial equipment.
- Forklift certification is a must.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot equipment malfunctions.
- Strong knowledge of safety compliance standards and regulations.
- Excellent time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Physical stamina and the ability to lift and move heavy equipment and materials.
- A keen eye for detail and a commitment to quality workmanship.
