Maintenance Technician

Dobler Management Company is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the upkeep and maintenance of our properties.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct regular inspections of buildings and mechanical systems to ensure compliance with health and safety standards
- Perform basic remodeling and construction tasks as needed, including drywall installation and painting
- Maintain heating and plumbing systems to ensure proper functionality
- Inspect and repair alarm systems, including fire and protection systems
- Perform manual repairs, such as fixing locks and replacing windows
- Conduct general upkeep procedures, including landscaping and grounds maintenance
Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience in maintenance or a related field
- Proven ability to multitask and manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously
- Basic understanding of electrical and plumbing systems
- Manual dexterity and problem-solving skills
- High school diploma or equivalent
