Your Responsibilities:
- Delivering a high standard of customer service, welcoming clients and fostering a customer-centric atmosphere.
- Engaging in meaningful conversations with clients to gain a comprehensive understanding of their financial requirements.
- Efficiently processing transactions, new account openings, and other branch-related tasks in a professional manner.
- Promoting C&N products and services by identifying cross-sell and referral opportunities to fulfill clients' needs.
A high school diploma or general education degree (GED) is required, along with less than one year of relevant experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
