As a Customer Engagement Specialist, you will interact with our clients daily, providing them with the outstanding service they deserve. Your Responsibilities:

  1. Delivering a high standard of customer service, welcoming clients and fostering a customer-centric atmosphere.
  2. Engaging in meaningful conversations with clients to gain a comprehensive understanding of their financial requirements.
  3. Efficiently processing transactions, new account openings, and other branch-related tasks in a professional manner.
  4. Promoting C&N products and services by identifying cross-sell and referral opportunities to fulfill clients' needs.
Qualifications:

A high school diploma or general education degree (GED) is required, along with less than one year of relevant experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
