Key Responsibilities
Engage in the comprehensive recruitment process and fulfill job openings with top-tier talent by:
• Collaborating with hiring managers and the HR team to grasp position specifications; regular review and updates of job descriptions will be necessary.
• Reviewing resumes and assessing candidates.
• Organizing and conducting preliminary phone interviews.
• Executing competency-based behavioral interviews.
• Providing timely updates to HR and hiring managers as needed.
• Conducting reference checks and aiding in background verification processes.
