Aurora Health's WI Float Pool (Multi-Site) is seeking skilled Medical Surgical (Med Surg), Emergency Department (ER), and Critical Care (ICU) Registered Nurses. Opportunities are available in various locations.
- Day shift roles require scheduling a specific number of 3rd Shift hours (based on FTE), 2 Fridays, and 24 hours of Weekends every 6 weeks (all hours are self-scheduled).

The Float Pool RN will excel in healthcare by:

Licensure, Registration, and/or Certification Required:
- Registered Nurse license issued by the state in which the team member practices.

Education Required:
- Completion of an accredited or approved program in Nursing.
Experience Required:
- Typically requires 1 year of experience in clinical nursing.

Physical Requirements and Working Conditions:
- Must be able to sit, stand, walk, lift, squat, bend, reach, and twist frequently throughout the workday.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. from floor to waist and carry up to 40 lbs. a reasonable distance.
- Must be able to push/pull with 30 lbs. of force and perform sliding transfers with assistance.
- Position requires use of foot pedals on carts or machines and may involve exposure to hazardous materials.
- Must have functional speech, vision, hearing, and touch, with the ability to perform fine motor skills for procedures.
