Job Summary

The Smilist Dental is seeking an experienced Patient Coordinator/Receptionist to join its growing team. As a key member of our front office staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient service, managing administrative tasks, and ensuring a smooth patient experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Front Desk Operations: Greet patients, answer phone calls, and manage patient flow to ensure timely and efficient service.
  • Patient Scheduling: Schedule appointments, manage patient records, and maintain accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Insurance and Billing: Verify patient insurance, process payments, and manage billing and collections.
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the dental team, including data entry, filing, and other tasks as needed.
Requirements
  • Experience: Prior dental experience required, with a minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required, with a degree in a related field preferred.
