This role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with patients, families, and healthcare providers. Our ideal candidate will have a high school degree or equivalent, with 1+ years of experience in a physician's office or clinical setting. They will also be able to obtain Community Health Worker Certification within the first year of employment (if not currently certified). The salary range for this position is $44,000 - $60,000 per annum, with comprehensive benefits and opportunities for professional growth and development.
