Healthcare Advocate Lead

As a Healthcare Advocate Lead at Mercy, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional patient care and ensuring seamless communication between healthcare professionals and patients. Your primary responsibility will be to act as the liaison between doctors and patients, facilitating effective communication, assessing patient needs, and advising on recommended courses of treatment.
With a strong focus on patient advocacy, you will work collaboratively with our medical team to provide comprehensive care that meets the unique needs of each patient. Your compassion, professionalism, and positive attitude will be essential in creating a supportive and empathetic environment for our patients.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to effectively articulate complex medical information to patients and their families. Additionally, you should have a strong understanding of the healthcare industry and be able to navigate complex medical systems.

We offer a competitive salary range of $65,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition to a generous compensation package, we also provide comprehensive benefits, including health, dental, and vision insurance, as well as 401(k) matching and paid time off.

Qualifications:
- Education: Graduation from an accredited school of nursing
- Certifications: CPR certification or obtain within 90 days of employment
