Job Summary:
The Assistant Nurse Manager will be responsible for overseeing the coordination of patient care services, including staffing, workflow management, and performance improvement initiatives. This role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams.

What You'll Do:
- Oversee daily operations of the patient care unit, including staffing and workflow management
- Collaborate with the nursing team to develop and implement strategies for improving patient outcomes and satisfaction
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care processes

Your Background:
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field (required)
- 3+ years of nursing experience, with a minimum of 2 years in a leadership role
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of Missouri
