About the Role:
Epos Now is a fintech company that supports over 30,000 businesses across 71 countries, working within the payments and point of sale (POS) space.
We are expanding our sales department to support a growing customer base, with an inclusive culture that supports every employee with a personalised progression plan to identify a clear and achievable career path for success.
As a Sales Account Manager, your role will be crucial in growing the product adoption and overall success of our customers with a turnover ranging from £1m - £5m.
You'll be growing the business value of customers through a consultative approach, prospecting, building relationships, and signing up new contracts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Engagement: Engage with key decision-makers and stakeholders within target enterprises.
- Sales Presentations and Demonstrations: Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of the SaaS solution.
- Problem Solving: Collaborate with the product development and support teams to overcome client concerns or potential blockers.
- Contract Negotiation: Negotiate contract terms and pricing to maximize revenue while ensuring client satisfaction.
- Strategic Account Management: Foster and nurture relationships with customers, understanding their business needs, objectives, growth potential and challenges.
- Strategic Account Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive account plans for each customer.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams such as product development and service to enhance customer satisfaction and address evolving business needs.
