Job Summary

Westamerica Bank is seeking a highly skilled Loan Documentation Processor to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for processing consumer loan payments and payoffs, handling phone inquiries, and performing administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process consumer loan payments and payoffs for active and charged-off loans and lines.
  • Respond to customer inquiries regarding loan payments and provide accurate information.
  • Prepare loan histories and perform other job-related administrative tasks.
Requirements
  • 1 year of general business experience, preferably in banking.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in PC software and ability to work under tight deadlines with minimal errors.
  • 10-key and typing skills are mandatory.
  • Must be detail-oriented and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
