Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of budget expenditures, including tracking claims and working with state, federal, and district staff.
  • Identify and communicate nuances and trends in budget data that may impact financial operations.
  • Collaborate with district staff to develop and implement financial plans and strategies.
  • Provide financial analysis and recommendations to support district decision-making.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or business administration.
  • At least three years of experience in accounting or a related field, with knowledge of standard purchasing and procurement procedures.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Office Suite.
  • Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
