Home Acquisition Specialist

Rapid Fire Home Buyers is a leading real estate company seeking a skilled Home Buying Specialist to join our team in Lexington, KY. As a key member of our acquisitions team, you will be responsible for securing new properties and fostering relationships with sellers to facilitate property sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Negotiate purchase contracts with potential sellers
- Attend seller appointments and conduct walk-throughs of properties
- Accurately assess and prepare repair cost budget estimates
- Engage in outbound prospecting and respond to inbound leads
- Attend networking events to acquire clients
- Manage a database of prospects through our CRM Salesforce
- Analyze investment opportunities for their viability
- Provide daily reporting of sales activities to management
- Maintain and exceed company-designated quotas
Requirements:
- Must be able to work full-time with flexible schedules
- Background and track record of success in selling is preferred
- A clean background check is required
- Must be highly proficient in selling over the phone and in person
