About the Role

This is a full-time opportunity for a Registered Nurse to work in our Mapleton Intensive Program, serving biological females aged 12-16. The program focuses on creating a supportive environment that promotes strength, recovery, and resilience, addressing complex emotional and behavioral challenges.

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct care to residents, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and conducting health assessments.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive support.
  • Conduct health education and promote healthy behaviors, empowering residents to take control of their well-being.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives, contributing to the development of best practices and policies.
