We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Devereux Pennsylvania Children's Services in Malvern, PA. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to children and adolescents with autism spectrum disorders, intellectual and developmental disabilities, and behavioral challenges.

About the Role

As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing direct nursing care, administering medication, and taking doctor's orders. You will also provide education and coping skills to patients around sex education, suicidal behaviors, symptom management, self-control, and other essential topics. Additionally, you will create initial care plans and assist in discharge planning.

Requirements
  • Graduate of an approved school of professional nursing with an active RN license required
  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing preferred
  • One year of post-education nursing experience preferred
  • Experience working with individuals with cognitive and/or behavioral challenges or medically complex conditions
  • Proficient computer skills and mastery of Microsoft Office Applications
