HealthFitness is seeking a skilled Swim Instructor to join our Aquatics Team at our client site in West Hartford, CT. As a Swim Instructor, you will provide effective and safe swim instruction to adults and children participating in private or small group lessons.
Key Responsibilities:- Design and deliver individualized swim programs to meet participants' interests, abilities, and goals.
- Provide safe and effective swim instruction to adults and children.
- Meet hiring requirements, including pre-employment drug testing.
- Must be at least 17 years old.
- Adult & Child CPR/AED/First Aid certification from American Heart Association, American Red Cross, or American Safety & Health Institute required within 30 days of hire.
- Strong swim background and proficiency in all swim strokes.
$17-$25 per hour, dependent on experience and qualifications.
