Martial Arts Instructor

Impact Dojo is a dynamic and innovative company that is revolutionizing the way martial arts is taught to children and adults. Founded in 2015 in the Chicagoland area, we have experienced tremendous growth and are seeking talented individuals to join our team.

We are seeking a highly motivated and energetic professional black belt instructor who is passionate about teaching martial arts and believes in our mission. The ideal candidate will have experience working with children between the ages of 4 and 18 and will be able to provide constructive criticism, implement our curriculum, and be a team player.

• Provide daily martial arts instruction to students with different ability levels
• Demonstrate martial arts techniques, explain the principles behind them, and provide feedback on student progress
• Supervise students, ensuring their safety and well-being, and enforce all martial arts rules and regulations
• Organize and prepare daily lesson plans in a fun and creative manner
• Use effective classroom management skills to lead activities and create a positive learning environment
• Collaborate with fellow instructors and work effectively with students, parents, and the leadership team

• Minimum of 2 years of experience working with children
• Martial arts teaching experience (1-5 years minimum) required
• Teaching certification (preferred but not required)
• Bachelor's degree (preferred but not required)

We require our instructors to be willing to travel and to be in good physical condition, enabling them to execute all responsibilities associated with this position.
