Job Overview

Child Care Resources Inc. (CCRI) is a leading provider of child care financial aid services. We are seeking an experienced and qualified Specialist to join our team in Charlotte, NC.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer child care financial aid programs to income-eligible families, ensuring access to high-quality early learning and school-age opportunities.
  • Collaborate with families, child care providers, and staff to address child care issues and provide consumer information and resources.
  • Determine eligibility for financial assistance within program policies and income guidelines, and place children in suitable child care situations.
  • Conduct periodic visits to child care centers and family child care homes to ensure compliance with regulations and policies.
Requirements
  • Possess an Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Social Work or a related Human Services field, and at least one year of social work experience.
  • Knowledge of child development, state and local eligibility regulations, and child care licensing regulations.
  • Ability to use good judgment in interpreting policies uniformly and fairly, and to adapt to administrative and policy changes.
  • Valid Driver's License, Auto Liability Coverage, and Transportation are required.
