We are currently seeking a Program Management Analyst to contribute to our ongoing success. This role encompasses administrative duties, project oversight, and acquisition support for various program activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Creation and quality assurance of deliverables
  • Evaluation of program or project activity development
  • Addressing program or project-related inquiries and complaints
  • Monitoring budgets, procurement, travel, deliverables, and timelines
  • Ensuring contract compliance with overall funding
  • Providing weekly reports to project teams detailing labor and costs
  • Communicating any funding excesses and potential program conflicts
  • Assisting the Program Analyst Lead in identifying issues that may affect the contract

Qualifications:

To be considered for this position, candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent, along with three (3) years of relevant administrative experience. An active DoD Secret clearance is preferred.
